Public procurement law

Our Public Procurement Law Department, made up of professionals with many years of experience in the sector, assists contracting authorities and businesses in dealing with public procurement procedures.
For the former, in particular, we provide advice at all stages of the procedure, from the preparation of the call for tenders, to assistance in the evaluation of bids and the adoption of the final acts of the contractor selection procedure and support to the selection committees.
For the latter, our activities provide support in preparing applications, analysing the formulation of the offer in all its aspects, assisting in the assessment of any offer anomalies found.
We also provide assistance in judicial proceedings and in dealings with the competent authorities at all levels, in and out of court, before the relevant Authorities.
