Our Property Law Department provides our Clients with wide-ranging consultancy and assistance in all aspects of real estate: contractual matters, drafting purchase proposals and preliminary, as well as property lease and comodato contracts; in judicial matters we deal with eviction proceedings for termination or breach of lease, rent arrears, and all other aspects of Italian property law, including so-called “possessory” actions, remedies and relief in relation to the possession and restitution of property, actions against occupations sine titulo; and ADR, compulsory mediation and assisted negotiation proceedings.
